RESTAURANT RESERVATION
If you have received a Gift Card and would like to use it for a reservation, please send an e-mail to lake@laquacollection.it indicating: first and last name, desired date, voucher number (placed below the Validity indication in the gift card in your possession) and a telephone number where you can be contacted to confirm the reservation.
Alternatively, you can call +39 0323 212121.
If the gift card code is not reported, the use of the gift card will not be considered valid for the reservation.

Cancellation: to cancel your reservation please click on the link at the bottom of the confirmation email; it is also possible to cancel your booking by sending an email to lake@laquacollection.it or contacting us by phone +39 0323 212121.
So as to guarantee our best service, for bookings with more than 5 guests, we ask that you choose between one of our two tasting menus.
Please let us know if you may be delayed, as soon as possible, by contacting our reservations office at +39 0323 212121.
We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes. In any case, anything after 2:00 pm for lunch and 9:30 pm for dinner will not be accepted.
Please indicate in the “notes” area on the booking form any special requests, such as cakes, flowers, decorations and anything else. You will be later contacted for full details.
4-legged small friends are welcome. If they will be joining you, please let us know in the “note” field when making your reservation.
