Vegetable Garden

A tribute to earth, seasonality and simplicity with a twist. The dishes on this menu are inspired by the daily offerings of Laqua by the Lake’s garden, where ingredients are cultivated with care and respect.

They arrive in the kitchen in line with the rhythm of nature. For this reason, the Garden Menu is only available at certain times, when the ingredients are at their best. It is a plant-based, wholesome and surprising culinary journey that evolves with the changing seasons, just like everything that is truly alive:
